Church on Sundays
You don’t have to have everything worked out at Stromlo Church. We welcome sceptics, enquirers, and those who have a suspicion that there must be more to life than working, eating, sleeping, and doing it all over again. Please feel welcome to check us out any time.
Every Sunday at 9.30 at Charles Weston Primary School and at 6.30pm at the Stromlo Hub (Weston Creek Community Centre), we gather to encourage one another with the wonderful truths of God’s word. We share the greatest news in the world—that God offers hope for life now and life eternal because of the death and resurrection of Jesus.
Each week we hear a relevant and life-transforming message from the Bible. We spend time talking to God, singing together, encouraging one another, and spurring each other on to love and good works. We value the time together and make a priority of catching up with one another.
Stromlo 9.30 church is a family-friendly service with an excellent children’s program. We cater for toddlers to teenagers with age-appropriate fun and learning times. The children spend the first 15 minutes in church with their families, before heading off to their own programs. They return for morning tea with everyone else. All are welcome at Stromlo 6.30 church but this reflective Q&A service is more suitable for adults and teenagers.
